Booking Terms and Conditions
To make a booking we require a deposit of 20%. We require the deposit within 5 days of making the reservation. If we do not receive your deposit within this time your reservation will expire. Once we have received your deposit we will confirm your reservation.
The balance will be due two months prior to departure. If your booking is made less than two months prior to departure then the total cost is payable. Once we have received the full balance, we will send you confirmation including details of everything you need to enjoy your holiday.
A refundable ‘damage’ deposit is also required payable either on arrival or pre-paid during the booking process depending on which accommodation you choose.
Charges and taxes are included.
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your booking this should be done via email to info@vaujanyapartments.co.uk. The cancellation fees for your holiday are as follows unless stated differently on your booking form in which case the terms and conditions on your booking form take precedence :
1-30 days before arrival - non refundable
30-60 days before arrival - 50% refundable
61 days before arrival - 80% refundable minus
Late Check In / Early Departure - we will charge a fee of 50 Euros for those guests that PLAN to arrive/depart between the hours of midnight and 6am. Guests that arrive during these times due to flight delays etc will not be charged the fee.
